ECA Tuition 2024 2025

A non-refundable registration fee of $200 (per child) is due upon registration, and is not applied to the tuition. In addition, ECA charges a security deposit which is equal to one (1) month of your child’s agreed tuition. The security deposit will guarantee that your child’s enrollment spot will be held until they begin.

After enrollment, your security deposit will be applied towards your last month's tuition payment due, provided that a written withdrawal notice is given to the Director prior to the first day of the last month of care. (Please note: Your security deposit does not cover the first month’s tuition payment). If your child does not return after a leave of absence, your security deposit is non-refundable.

Tuition Express Form

ECA utilizes Tuition Express® as our primary payment processing method. Tuition Express® is a safe and easy automated payment processing system that allows parents to easily pay tuition and registration fee from Checkings/Savings account. Please fill out the Tuition Express® form above when registering your child.

Right to Refuse

ECA reserves the right to refuse the enrollment of any child or to ask parents to make alternative arrangements for the care of a child enrolled in the ECA program.
